Another One: Say Hello to Kano Diver Collection!

A couple of weeks ago we brought you the new Kamasu diver, and this week we’re here to reveal the name of this season’s second new diver. We would like to thank all who participated in our online poll, and because of your help, we can now introduce the Kano (“Water God”) collection!

Head-on, the Kano already distinguishes itself from the rest of our sport collection with its rich combination of polished and matte surfaces. In fact, each of the three colorways features a different dial finish, varying from a light sunburst, a complete gloss, and full matte. What’s consistent throughout is that everything else on the watch is brushed; from the frame around the hands and hour markers, to the smooth bezel insert, bracelet links and even the top end of the lugs. Such a contrast results in a crisp, refined design.

A side view offers a completely different look of the watch, and one that boasts the most shine: the crown, sides of the case and links are completely polished. The Kano measures at 44mm across and 50mm lug to lug. This size might be big for most, but keep in mind that darker colorways have a tendency to wear a little smaller on the wrist. The bracelet features solid links (except for the end link). The Kano is powered by the same F6922 mechanical movement as the Kamasu (automatic, hand-winding, and hacking).

At launch, the Kano will be available in four variations and three colorways—Black, Blue and Black/Red. The black and blue colorways will be available on bracelet while the black and black/red editions will be available on silicon strap.
