Orient Star has always consisted of an elevated line up; a collection of watches comprised of premium materials and heightened craftsmanship. While it has exclusively been composed of sophisticated classic watches for the last few years, we’re excited to introduce a sport watch to the mix— the Orient Star Outdoor.

The Orient Star Outdoor is our take on what a field watch should be: uncluttered, easy to read, and bolstered by practical functionality. The Outdoor sports large, fully lumed hour markers (numbered for 3, 6, 9, and 12) and equally large hands. Its dial legibility is supported by stark color contrast in white or a vintage. Function-wise, the Outdoor features a date window adjacent to the right-most hour marker and a 50-hour power reserve indicator at twelve o’clock.

The size of the watch sits at a comfortable 41mm wide and just 12.1mm thick. The case is fully brushed which is a plus when it comes to hiding waywardly scratches. The Outdoor pays homage to vintage watches of yesteryear with its prominent, oversized onion-style crown. This screwed-down helps strengthen its 100m water resistance rating. Up top, the watch features a scratch-resistant sapphire which has been upgraded with anti-reflective coating (AR). The 22-jeweled Orient caliber F6N43 powers this watch and can be seen working through the exhibition case back.

The Orient Outdoor is available in 4 colorways – Black, Blue, Green and Grey (the latter two presented in black cases). Each model is mounted on a calf-skin leather deployant strap.
