One could say that it’s been a while since the last release of the Orient Eminence. We’ve got one more to show you. Today, the FDW08001B0 in rose gold tone is now available for purchase. While the other color variations may shout ‘classic’ and ‘dressy’, the satin black dial and lush rose gold color simply exudes ‘luxury’. And with Orient, you’ll get full luxury at a fraction of the price.

To state the obvious, the rose gold toned batons and dauphine hands provide a great contrast to the rest of the rich black dial. Against the black, the date window is instantly readable. The open heart design makes it unique from all the other dress watches that are similarly colored. One thing to note is that the crystal type is sapphire, one of the toughest crystals used to protect watches. The case is sized at 41mm which is very modern.

If you turn the watch around, you’ll see Orient’s in house 48D40 movement through the exhibition case back. You’ll also notice that the oscillating weight is fully decorated – a nice quirk not found in watches at this price. The matte alligator stamped strap and rose gold colored buckle are also a great touch. The DW08001B retails at $415 (but only $290 if you use code ‘fall2013’ at check out). This is definitely a watch that looks and feels more than it actually costs.
