A Whirl of Color: Presenting the New M-Force Bravo

If we had to choose only one watch to wear for a seemingly endless wilderness adventure, it would have to be an M-Force watch. Sure, they seem to be large and built like tanks, but the amount of heft included with each watch is necessary for the amount of features packed in. The M-Force is ISO-compliant in three standards: diving (ISO 6425), anti-magnetism (ISO 764) and shock-resistance (ISO 1413), all made possible by Orient’s own case structure, which is exclusive to the M-Force line. Last year’s M-Force Delta is now being followed by this summer’s M-Force Bravo, a vibrant rendition from our storied sport watch collection.

It goes without saying that the M-Force Bravo is the most colorful M-Force collection to date, and each model features a whimsical colorway that’s full of eye-catching character. The power reserve gauge is centered at the one o’clock position, while the date is angled at the four. The IP coated bezel is 120-click and has a wide-toothed design that improves the grip. It’s impressive lume has been applied to each hour marker, all four hands, and the large pip on the bezel, giving the watch an intense glow after a few minutes of light exposure.

The case of the watch is an entirely different story, and measures 45mm across. The stainless steel is predominantly brushed, with the exception of a thin polished beveling that runs lug to lug on both sides. The brushed finish not only reinforces the sporty look of the watch, but is helpful in concealing the scratches that come from normal wear. The M-Force Bravo features drilled lug holes, which are also very nifty in the case you decide to swap the bracelet for a different strap.

The M-Force Bravo retails at $885, and is available in Scuba Black, Midnight Blue, and Sun Orange.
